Downloading Fan Stats (Photo Magic)

Steps for Downloading

1. From the main screen, select "Event Stats" 

2. On this screen, you can select the date and time you wish to pull stats from. Use the 4 buttons in the image below to set the Start Date, End Date, Start Time, and End Time.

By default, the Time filter is set to cover the entire 24 hours of that day. You don't need to adjust the Time filter if you're ok with counting the entire day.

3. Once you've entered the time and date, the stats will populate below:

• Scans: The number of times anyone scanned the QR code
• Submissions: The number of times an image was submitted to Vixi Capture
• Processed: The number of times an image was processed with Vixi Magic

4. You can download 2 types of files on this screen by clicking the respective button:

• Interactions CSV contains timestamps for all Scans, Submissions, and Processes
  • Scans - You can view the device type used for the Scan
  • Processed - Displays the Vixi Magic prompt used during the Process
    
    
• User Entries CSV contains the following columns: 
  • Timestamp for each submission
    
  • Any Tags applied by the moderator
  • Any data submitted for custom input fields (Name, Email, Seat, etc)
  • The Vixi Magic prompt used (if any)
  • Did the prompt successfully process or not

For the Interactions CSV, that data will remain available even after those submitted captures have expired and are no longer available.

For the User Entries CSV, only data from unexpired submissions will be pulled. Since submissions expire 12 hours after receiving them, it would be best to download the User Entries CSV right after the show if you'd like to view that data.
