User Guide (Vixi Unreal)

1. Set up a Tagboard account

a. Navigate to Tagboard.com

b. Click Login in the upper right corner

c. Press Sign Up at the Bottom

d. It will ask you to connect using your personal email and a password of your choice

e. Once you get in, let your Tagboard representative or TFG point of contact know by emailing the user ID number associated with the account (Under My Profile in the left nav) so that the account can be fully activated
f. After the account is fully activated, you'll also want to make sure you connect your social accounts under account connections - this allows us to pull directly from the APIs of each of the source networks

2. Set up Vixi Web Portal Account

a. Please share the same Tagboard ID and Email from the steps above for the Tagboard master account to your Famous Group representative. This is used to enable your account on the VIXI Unreal Web Portal

b. Once the account is enabled, go to https://vixi.thefamousgroup.com/login 

c. Log in using your same Tagboard master account credentials

3. Setting up a Vixi Unreal Display

a. Click on the Add Display button to create a new display

b. Click on the Pencil icon to enter and update the Display Settings

• You can adjust screen resolution and position from the Specs tab
• You can adjust the timing of each state of the scene from the Timing tab
• You can adjust the social layout options for the scene from the Layout tab

c. Click on the Display to enter the display

4. Setting up Graphics

a. Click on the Graphics tab in the display

b. Click on each asset on the left side

c. Click on the Plus icon to the right to upload an asset to each item

d. Once each upload location has an asset uploaded, you can run your Vixi Unreal Desktop App.
