This is the Design menu

1. Design
Use the settings on the Design menu to customize your Phone Graphics look. Each option is described below:

End Card URL field & Automatic Redirect checkbox

See section 2 below for detailed steps for setting up this redirect

Include Camera
This determines if the cam
era is available for fans to use. Toggling this Off would prevent them from sending image submissions.

Show Flip Camera Button
The Flip Camera button allows fans to toggle between front-facing and rear-facing cameras on their mobile device. Turning this option Off forces them to use a front-facing camera.

Mirror Captured Selfie
This causes all selfies to be flipped horizontally. Having this setting On prevents text from appearing backwards in images.

Overlay
You can upload a custom overlay with a face cutout. Toggling this On will apply that cutout to fan images.

Guide
This shows a dotted line guide for fans to use when taking a selfie. It ensures the fan is the perfect distance from the camera and is recommended.

Colors

You can set colors for various areas of the Phone Graphics, including text or background.

Upload Custom Font

Font files can be uploaded so that your Phone Graphics use you team's well known font.

2. Setup your Redirect
You'll use the End Card URL field and the Automatic Redirect checkbox to configure your redirect. These 2 settings are at the top of the Design section.

After a fan makes a submission, they are redirected in one of the following 3 manners:

Option 1 (Recommended) Automatic Redirect

Fans go directly to the specified URL after making a submission. Note that this can also be used to send fans to a link tree page, containing multiple important links.

  • Check the Auto-Redirect checkbox
  • Add the desired URL to the URL Field

Option 2 (Alternative) Manual Redirect
Fans are sent to the End Card after making a submission. The End Card is the phone screen on the right side in the image above. You can set up the End Card with a Thank You or sponsor message/image.

Once the fan taps this screen, they will be sent to the URL specified in the field. This is typically used to show a Thank You message, and then advance the user to a sponsor, merch, ticketing, or link tree page.

  • Do Not check the Auto-Redirect checkbox
  • Add the desired URL to the URL field
  • Upload a graphic for the End Card. When users tap the graphic, they will be redirected to the chosen URL

Option 3 Endcard Only, No Redirect

This setup results in fans being sent to the End Card, and remaining there until closing the app on their own. This setup ensures the fans see the specific End Card message, with no option to advance beyond that page.

  • Do Not check the Auto-Redirect checkbox
  • Do Not add a URL to the URL field
  • Upload a graphic for the End Card

3. Inputs
Below the Design menu is the Inputs menu. Here you can select which input fields you want to present to fans.

To enable any of the fields, click the toggle switch next to them. Once a field has been toggled On, it will appear as an entry at the bottom. In this example, the Name and Message fields are toggled on. Both of them are available at the bottom so that you can edit or reorder them. You can also create custom fields with the "Add Custom Field" button.

A standard setup could include Name, Seat. Below is an example using Name, Team Fandom, and Message. The "Team Fandom" field can be created using Add Custom Field (Checkbox).

After enabling one or more fields and seeing them appear at the bottom, the following options become available:

  • Reorder the fields
  • Change the "hint" text that the field displays
  • Make the field required before the fan can submit. This is sometimes used for Email or Seat Number fields
  • Adjust the Character Limit
  • Delete the field

4. Legal
The final section is Legal Consent. You can toggle these features On if you need to display legal documentation to fans, such as a Terms & Conditions or a Privacy Policy.

There are 2 methods of obtaining Legal Consent. They can be used separately or together. They can each be toggled on in the Legal menu.

  • Include Legal on Input Page
  • Require Consent at Start

Include Legal on Input Page
When using this option, the Legal text appears on the Submission page, which is where fans review the selfie they just took, before Submitting the selfie. It doesn't require any extra interaction from the fan.

Require Consent at Start
When using this option, fans must check the consent checkboxes before they submit an image.
