IDEAS FOR EXECUTION

Looking for ideas to help execute with Vixi Suite? Look below for ideas and inspiration. Click here to view this page in a web browser.

Vixi Live

  1. Have a key character in your show kick off this promotion. They can show how easy it is and get buy in and belief from the fans to try. (Hosts, Players, Mascot, etc.)
  2. Use the activation during otherwise “dead time”. Guests who arrive early will have the benefit of seeing themselves on the video board during a time that is typically not programmed. Try activating just thirty minutes following the doors opening.
  3. Utilize Vixi Live during a Fan Cam and expand the coverage your in-house cameras can provide. Your PA or host can introduce the element with copy like “We want to see everyone here at the game tonight! Grab your phones and scan the QR code on the video board for your chance to be featured!”
  4. Use as filler content during long, unprogrammed breaks, or when there is a delay. (weather, non-serious injury, game review, etc), display the QR code graphic and show your guests to provide entertainment until the delay is over.

Vixi Capture

  1. Use Vixi Capture to help execute a theme of a game. Having a holiday game? Something pop culture recently take off? Create a Photo Magic prompt to turn your guests into zombies, Taylor Swift, elves, cupids and more. Introduce the element with PA or host copy for more engagement.
  2. Have your guests “chant” along with the recorded fan prompt of “GO TEAM GO!” by utilizing Vixi Groov. Display these images on the video board in place of a traditional fan prompt.
  3. Camera people need a break? Take a crowd favorite that your fans have come to love and expect and show fans groovin’ with Vixi Groov.
  4. During halftimes and intermissions, create a graphic with the QR code and a Mosaic of images of your guests at the event. These photos are an engaging and interesting alternative to a logo loop or animated graphic.

Vixi Stream

  1. Capture events happening outside of your in-venue camera range like marches to the match, fan zones, concourse activities, guests and even players who are entering the building. Show this footage on the video boards prior to the event to create more energy and buzz.
  2. Provide constant coverage of your entertainers like the in-house DJ, PA announcer, mascot, drumlines, etc. Show the DJ (on “DJ Cam”) while they are performing a set during a timeout. Display the PA Announcer as they are introducing the starting lineups.
  3. Give access to the player tunnels before the athletes take the field of play prior to warm-ups or as they come back from a halftime or intermission.

Vixi Reels

  1. When honoring an alumni or special guest at a game, encourage participation by encouraging fans and honored guest to send recorded messages for the honoree via Vixi Reels that can be played in-venue.
  2. If a player reaches a significant milestone, fans can record messages to be played in-venue with Vixi Reels to be played in venue at the next dead ball to commemorate the moment.
  3. Want to pick a dance cam song? Have fans record videos of why their song choice is the best! Have a great reel from a passionate fan showing their moves or sharing their pipes and then have that be the reveal of the “winning” vote.

Vixi Home

  1. If a beloved season ticket member couldn’t make it to the game live, but we wanted to honor them and highlight their fandom from their current location.
  2. Family members of athletes who are not able to be in-venue can show their support for their team with Vixi Home during a timeout. The PA or host can educate your guests on who is on the videoboard to make the connection.
