Enable Support Notifications

Follow these steps to enable support notifications in your web browser so that you receive notifications when TFG Support replies to you. Note that Vixi Suite only supports the Google Chrome web browser.


1) Navigate to the Vixi Suite URL:  www.thefamousgroup.com/session/home

2) Click the Lock icon to the left of the browser URL

3) Click "Site Settings"
4) Change the following 3 settings to "Allow"

   a) Notifications

   b) Popups and redirects

   c) Sound
