As an Operator/Moderator of the Vixi Suite platform (the "Platform"), you will have access to certain

administrative functions.

Operator/Moderator.


We are committed to ensuring your privacy and complying with the General Data Protection Regulation

(GDPR), the UK GDPR, and other relevant privacy laws.

When you interact with the Platform as an Operator/Moderator, we collect the following personal data:

We do not collect sensitive data such as race, health, or biometric identifiers.

  • Authenticating and authorizing access to the Platform

  • Providing administrative support related to your role as an Operator/Moderator

security of the Platform

We retain personal data only as long as necessary for its intended purpose:

Once your role as an Operator/Moderator ends, your data is permanently deleted and is no longer

recoverable.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data.

However, we may share data under the following circumstances:

  • With internal administrative personnel – To facilitate system operations and support
  • With trusted sub-processors – For secure authentication, storage, and security monitoring

  • Anonymization & Data Minimization – We store the least amount of personally identifiable
