Welcome to Vixi Suite! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Vixi Suite (the

"Platform") as an Operator/Moderator. By accessing and using the Platform, you acknowledge and

agree to these Terms.

1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you:

1. Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms; and
2. Consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data as described in our Privacy

Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

the purpose of authentication, logging into the Platform, and managing operations. Your

• Data Usage & Storage: Your data is stored only for the duration necessary to fulfill its

intended purpose. Retention periods are outlined in our Privacy Policy.

secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., authentication providers, analytics tools). By

using these integrations, you acknowledge that:

• We do not control how third parties handle your data

These Terms may be updated periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated"

date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
