Phone Graphics and Redirect (Vixi Live)

Configuring the Graphics

Main Phone Look
1. Click the Configure Show button from the Main Menu
2. Then click the Edit Phone Graphics button
3. On this screen, upload an Upper Graphic, Lower Graphic, and a Background. Click on the desired graphic area to open the file uploader. You can also mouse over each area to read the required specifications (image format and maximum dimensions)

Upper Logo: PNG, max size 900px x 150px
Lower Logo: PNG, max size 900px x 480px
Background: PNG, max size 1200px x 2400px
End Page Image: PNG, max size 900px x 1440px

In addition to uploading graphics, there are several other options you can use if desired.

BG Color
This allows you to set a solid color instead of using an image for the background.

Clear All Assets
This deletes any graphics that you've uploaded and returns the phone screen to the default images.

Legal Consent
This toggles On/Off the Legal Consent disclaimers. When toggled On, participating fans will see a Terms and Conditions link, and/or a Privacy Policy link.

You can upload your own PDF document (on the left side) to have a custom Terms and Conditions or custom Privacy Policy. Alternatively, you can add a URL to the section on the right. The URL would display your Terms and Conditions or your Privacy Policy.

Auto-Redirect
This is where you enter the URL that you want to redirect fans to each time the show becomes Locked by the moderator. See below for instructions on choosing and setting up your redirect.

Setting up the Post-Show Redirect
When the Vixi Live moderator Locks the show and ends that particular activation, all users are instantly sent to the location of your choosing. There are 3 different options you can use:

Option 1 (Recommended) Automatic Redirect 

Fans skip the Endcard entirely, and go directly to the specified URL once the show is Locked by the moderator. Note that this can also be used to send fans to a link tree page, containing multiple important links.

• Check the Auto-Redirect checkbox
• Add the desired URL to the URL Field

Option 2 (Alternative) Manual Redirect
Fans are sent to the End Card, but if they tap the screen then they will be sent to the URL specified in the field. This is typically used to show a Thank You message, and then advance the user to a sponsor, merch, ticketing, or link tree page.

• Do Not check the Auto-Redirect checkbox
• Add the desired URL to the URL field
• Upload a graphic for the End Card. When users tap the graphic, they will be redirected to the chosen URL

Option 3 Endcard Only, No Redirect

This setup results in fans being sent to the End Card, and remaining there until closing the app on their own. This setup ensures the fans see the specific End Card message, with no option to advance beyond that page.

• Do Not check the Auto-Redirect checkbox
• Do Not add a URL to the URL field
• Upload a graphic for the End Card

Once you are done configuring the phone and end card assets and link, click Save & Exit at the top left corner of the screen to return to the show configuration page.
