Welcome to Vixi Suite! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Vixi Suite (the "Platform"). By using the Platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms.

By accessing and using the Platform, you confirm that you:

1. Meet the minimum age requirement in your jurisdiction;
2. Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms; and
3. Consent to the collection, processing, and temporary storage of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Platform.

• We do not guarantee that all uploaded content will be displayed.
• You acknowledge that we do not claim ownership of the content you upload.

      3.2 Compliance with Laws

By using the Platform, you agree that any content you submit:

• Does not infringe on third-party intellectual property rights.
• Does not contain unlawful, offensive, or harmful material.
• Complies with all applicable laws regarding data protection and user consent.

By using the Platform, you grant us permission to display your uploaded content during the event for entertainment purposes, including:

• Inside and outside the venue.
• At third-party locations related to the event.

The Platform may integrate with third-party services (e.g., social media platforms, analytics providers). By using these integrations, you acknowledge that:

• Third-party terms and privacy policies apply.
• We do not control how third parties handle your data.

5. COMPENSATION AND INDEMNIFICATION

• No Compensation: You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation for the use of your uploaded content.
• Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of the use of your uploaded content.

6. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

• We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Platform’s functionality at any time without prior notice.
• We may update these Terms periodically. Any changes will be posted with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
