Whitelisting Steps for Vixi Suite 2.0

This article shows the steps for Whitelisting the Vixi Suite on your network. These steps aren't necessary unless your network security is preventing the Vixi Suite from functioning properly.

Pass the following information to your IT department:

Whitelist the following domains:

• vixisuite.cloud and *.vs2-uswest2-prod.vixisuite.cloud
• vixisuite.thefamousgroup.com and *.vixisuite.thefamousgroup.com

Open the following UDP/TCP ports:

• 443
• 49152-65535

RTP and RTCP traffic over the UDP ports is expected

To assist in establishing the required webRTC connection for media streaming, we'll also need to be able to reach:

• STUN    stun:stun2.l.google.com:19302
