This guide will show you how to setup and run Lightshow.

i. Customizing the Phone Design
The first step is to set up your Phone look on the Input tab. In this section, you can customize:

4. Info Text: Joined (it's common to leave this as default)
This is the status message shown as a confirmation that you've joined the show.
5. Info Text: Join Failed (it's common to leave this as default
This is the status message shown when an attempt to join Lightshow has failed. Likely due to poor cell signal.
6. Join Text

7. Join Text Color

8. Join Button Color

10. Leave Text Color

11. Leave Button Color

ii. Customizing the Output Design
The next step is to set up your Output design on the Output tab. In this section, you can change the title or background image. Lightshow comes with its own QR Code, but if you've designed a custom looking QR Code, you can upload that here to be used instead of the default QR Code.

Note that if you create your own QR code (completely optional), you need to use the URL found on the Input Tab, under Participant Link button.

iii. Create Custom Lightshow Program (optional)
You can upload your own audio file and have the system create a Lightshow that corresponds to the music you've uploaded. To this, click on the Program Builder tab and follow these steps:
1. Type a name for your Custom Program where it reads "Program Name"
2. Click "Upload Clip" and browse your PC for an MP3 or MP4
3. Click "Generate" and your Custom Program will be added at the bottom of the screen
4. Click the Eye icon to Favorite it and have it display on the Show Control page. If you DON'T click the Favorites button, it won't be available for use until you do.

iv. Running Lightshow
Important Note: The Vixi Suite Lightshow only controls the Lighting. The actual audio track but be played independently. The moderator should time the Lightshow to begin in-sync with the stadium audio.
1. The first step is to go to the Show Controls tab and unlock the show by clicking the Unlock button.
2. The next step is to display the Output page on the Video Board so that fans join the show. Go to the Output Tab and click the Output Link. When that page opens a new tab, press F12 to go Full-Screen with it.

3. Once fans have joined, their phones are synced with the system. Any Lightshow Program selected by the moderator will play on all participating phones simultaneously. The moderator will select which program to run by clicking the corresponding button. You can switch to any custom or default program instantly at any time by clicking another Program button.
One way of running Lightshow would be to create a Custom Program that lasts the entire duration of the activation. You could then play that Custom Program with a single click of a button and the moderator would simply wait for the Lightshow to end.
Another potential way to moderate would be for the moderator to manually change programs based on the live events that are happening. For example, you can manually Heartbeat, Strobe, and Off to match the timing and pace of the action.
Once you are done with Lightshow, be sure to click "Stop Show" so that all participating fans are redirected to your chosen URL.
